Questions
| How long until the backlog is cleared? | We are currently working on this. There are some accounts that have been made inactive by Apple that we are working direclty with Apple to try and rectify. |
| How do we obtain quotes for the MDM management fee? | The fee for MDM device management will be added to your DTSL quote. This will automatically be applied. If you can specify that your quote is for a CAT1 application, this will help DTSL manage the quotes. |
| What is the wording for the MDM fee for our reports? | Please use: Mobile Device Management system fee to support device set-up, security, and the management of clients' communication apps (or similar) |
| If multiple apps are being applied for, including a low cost app, are these all going to be MDM managed? | Yes. If the device is going to be managed under the MDM then all apps will be managed. |
| If a companion app is going to be applied for, does this move with the student if they move environments? | Yes. As the app is downloaded to a personal account, then this would need to be moved and managed if the client moves environments. |
