Updated CAT Support Request Form
We have updated our CAT Support Request form! The new form looks a little different but is still requesting the same information as before. You will now automatically receive confirmation and a copy of the submitted form. Please make sure you enter a valid and correctly formatted email address or you will not receive automatic confirmation but rest assured the request has still been received.

TalkLink can provide assistance to assessors who have Communication Assistive Technology (CAT) credentialing, and are current ATANZ members and require trial equipment, need applications for tablet equipment peer reviewed (if in paid supervision), and equipment setup. Please submit the following form to initiate a request for assistance.
Trial equipment will be offered when available, with an email sent by our Equipment Management team. Trial devices are offered out in the order of the request received.
