TalkLink and The Cerebral Palsy Society
The Cerebral Palsy Society and the TalkLink Trust have had an affiliation for many years. Many of the people we work alongside belong to the Cerebral Palsy Society and the Cerebral Palsy Society has helped support some of their members attend KiwiChat Camp in recent years. Their magazine is also a wealth of interesting articles, so we were very excited when Ross Flood approached TalkLink with the idea of writing a good news story for the magazine. We have lots of those and one of our wonderful Speech-Language Therapists, Kate Mentis, was asked to help. She suggested two clients Sam and Shaunica. Check out Sam and Shaunica’s journey and how technology has changed their lives on pages 16 and 17 of the magazine here.
